About Lia's Lumpia
Lumpia is more than just a food! They're a tradition and family legacy.
My grandfather was from the Philippines, and my father grew up learning the art of making lumpia from scratch. Preparing the filling, rolling each one by hand, and frying them to crispy-perfection- was a labor of love!
I watched my father work with skill and pateience, turning simple ingredients into something unforgettable! Before he passed, I always looked forward to rolling lumpias together. Every holiday, family gathering, and birthday party, people would request that we bring them! We'd always make extra but somehow there were never left overs!
Now i continue this tradition, making each lumpia the way my father taught me- by hand, with fresh ingridents, and with the same love that we shared in the kitchen. Every bite is a reminder of where I come from, and Im honored to share that with you! :)
